Chris Key, P.A.

Chris attended the University of Alabama for undergraduate studies, where he played football for Coach Gene Stallings. He finished his Bachelor’s in Respiratory Therapy and after working as a therapist for several years, he attended the University of South Alabama to receive a master’s degree as a physician assistant. He has worked in orthopaedics ever since graduating in 2005. Chris and his wife Maggie have one son and in his spare time he enjoys watching Alabama football, tailgating, and boating.

Kerrie Begley, P.A.

Kerrie is a native of Gulf Breeze and attended The University of West Florida for undergraduate studies in Biology while gaining experience as an employee at Andrews Institute. She attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she received her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2017.  She served the Pensacola area worked in pediatric orthopaedics prior to joining the O’Grady Orthopaedics team in 2019. Kerrie and her husband Jack enjoy being with their families and spending time on the water.

Rebecca Owens, Clinical Assistant

Rebecca enthusiastically serves O’Grady Orthopedics as a Clinical Assistant. She has six years of healthcare experience and is currently completing her undergraduate studies in Business and Healthcare Management. She thoroughly enjoys assisting during clinic and helping make our patients experience the best it can be. Rebecca enjoys her family and all the area offers from beaches to festivals and the growing downtown area.

Desiree Washington, Medical Assistant

Desiree joined the O’Grady Orthopaedics team in September 2019. She is a Certified Medical Assistant and graduated from Fortis Institute in Pensacola. She loves assisting in clinic and providing a great experience to her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Alan Bowen, Clinical Coordinator

Alan was born and raised in Childersburg, Alabama. He attended the University of Alabama and graduated with a Bachelors in Athletic Training (1995) and a Masters in Health Promotion /Health Education (1997). Upon graduating, he held various roles in the medical field, including, ATC for the London Monarchs of the NFL Europe Football League, ATC for Healthsouth of Birmingham, physician extender for the UA Team Orthopedic Surgeon, one of the first employees of the Andrews Institute as an Orthopedic/surgical assistant, and Administrator/COO of Florida Sports Injury and Orthopedic Institute. He joined the O’Grady Orthopaedics team in 2016 as the Clinical Coordinator. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and all things Star Wars.

Alisha Caraway, Patient Coordinator

Alisha has been the patient coordinator for O’Grady Orthopaedics since she began working with us in June of 2016. She loves being a part of the team and tending to the needs of patients, ensuring that all have a satisfying experience. She has four children, and loves spending time with them and supporting their sports! In her free time, she enjoys horses, hunting, fishing, and spending time with her family.
